Over the past several years, I have had the opportunity to work with the Northwestern Ohio Synod – ELCA on a variety of multimedia projects. My work with the Synod has ranged from documenting assemblies and gatherings to traveling internationally as their photographer on a trip to Tanzania. These projects have allowed me to capture both the organizational and community aspects of their work — from large-scale events that bring together hundreds of participants to more intimate moments that highlight the Synod’s mission and outreach. Through photography, I’ve helped the Synod share its story, engage its members, and strengthen connections across congregations and communities.
